10 year warranty.
Everything except cosmetic damage and fuses are covered. If the case cracks, exposing the internals, that is structural damage, not cosmetic, and is covered under warranty.
The warranty starts on the date it is shipped to the original customer. The warranty follows the device and is not tied to the original buyer.
SELF REPAIR AND SAFETY:
The ability to repair your own device is of the utmost importance to me. If you blow a fuse, or the box is damaged in any way and you wish to repair it yourself, or you want to scrutinize the circuitry and put me on blast on social media, then please email me at willem@estatron.com and request a copy of the BOM, schematics, and safety guide.
The reason these are not simply posted for anyone to see is because I do not, under any circumstances want people who are not very sure of what they are doing poking around inside a box that can have very LETHAL AND DEADLY voltages inside of it and potentially KILLING themselves.
I am more than happy to help you safely service your device in any way I can. I will make a repair thread on Headfi when able.
RETURNS:
There is a 15 day free return window starting on the date your device lands on your doorstep. If you want to return a device up to one year after the original purchase date, there is a 20% restocking fee, and you must pay return shipping. After one year past the purchase date there are no returns allowed.
